Community-wide town hall meetings (May) to expose everyone to the concept and show a demonstration of the website.  Determine community support with pledges

 

If favorable, create non-profit organization (60 days) and seek individuals to serve on board of directors. This nonprofit status will allow contributions to be tax deductible.

 

Once funding (60 days) is in place, sign contract with vendor.

 

Hire part-time contractor to develop marketing plan and begin rolling it out (60 days). Also develop training plan for site administrators and early adopters.

 

Work with vendor to customize site and prepare for rolling the website out (60 days).

 

Go Live and begin implementation of project by end of calendar year.
